We're entering our next chapter — opening our flagship at 135 Maiden Lane later this year — and we're looking for a Director of Retail to lead us into it. You'll own the retail channel as a business: strategy, systems, and the next generation of leadership, working closely with the CEO and with meaningful ownership over the future of McMullen.
We're looking for someone who has done it before — 8+ years in luxury or specialty retail, with a track record of scaling operations and building management teams.

Logistics Lead
San Francisco · Based at Sacramento Street

Logistics Lead at McMullen is a full-time, in-person role based at the Sacramento Street store in San Francisco. You would oversee daily operations like receiving merchandise, managing inventory, shipping online orders, coordinating transfers, and keeping the back-of-house organized. The role also supports customer service, buying, and store teams, making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
We're looking for someone organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in retail operations or logistics, ideally with Shopify knowledge

Stylist

Stylists are the heart of McMullen. You're the person clients trust to read the room, pull the piece, and tell them honestly what works. Whether you're early in your luxury career or coming in with a deep client book, this is a role for someone who loves the floor, loves the product, and loves the relationships.
We're hiring at two levels — Level 2 (1–3 years of luxury experience) and Level 3 Lead Stylist (5+ years, established client book). Tell us where you sit.

Sales Support

Sales Support is the connective tissue of the floor. You make every client interaction feel effortless — pulling sizes, running fittings, handling check-out, and keeping the boutique looking the way it should. You work alongside the stylist team, learning the product, learning the clients, and finding your footing in luxury retail.
This is a path role. The Sales Support who shows up curious, eager, and ready to learn is often the same person who, in time, becomes a stylist with their own book.
